Journal through your mind’s Entanglement…

As Monday comes to a close and our world becomes more erratic amidst loss, grief, stress , anxiety, covid19 it is important to be mindful.

Over the last few weeks I have had to speak with a handful of people that are grieving or going through some emotional entanglement or the other.

Their pain has been palpable and made me realise some people here may be going through the same thing and need this. I hope this 👇🏾helps.

TWO SIMPLE JOURNALING TIPS

So find a notebook/ notepad/ or a journal if you have one.

Has your day been great so far? Yes or No.

Give a reason for your response.

These are Simple questions but honest responses to them will help you identify your feelings.

Once you identify the feelings then it’s easier to decide what actions you need to take to manage them.
